The two drivers collided with one another 11 laps prior to the end of the race when Glock tried to pass Coulthard down the inside of Turn Five.
However, DC closed the door on the Toyota driver with the contact breaking Glock’s front wing and puncturing one of Coulthard’s tyres.
Both drivers were force to pit for repairs and eventually finished the race 11th and 12th with Glock ahead of Coulthard.
The incident was investigated
